Baking Craze

This past week, I have really enjoyed baking! I picked up some mysterious rhubarb the other day, and made a 'Rhubarb Crisp', courtesy of Jamie Oliver. It was quite yummy. Not too tart or sour as I expected it would be. I also made an 'Upside Down Cardamon Pear Cake' which actually turned out quite well, even after I messed up the recipe! It was the first time I baked a cake in a skillet! Here are some pics of the creations:
