Hi all. I have been a big slacker with Bon Amore lately! This I know to be true! These days, I am falling asleep around 9:15pm! Today though, actually right now... (while Bri is at rehearsal), my goal is to put the next coat of ink on the prints that I started about a week ago. Maybe I'll post a pic or two when I complete this.
But besides Bon Amore, I wanted to share a home cooked creation that Bri and I made this morning. Bome Quiche! It has onion, mushrooms, spinach, & gruyere cheese in it. We actually made the crust too.. (only because T Joes didn't sell pre-made pie crusts). So here are the pics from our morning creation!
~General Recipe for Bome Quiche~
1. Saute some onion, mushrooms, & spinach in about 2 tablespoons of yum yum butter.
2. In a big bowl, mix up 4 eggs, 2/3 cup of half&half, 1/3 cup milk, salt, pepper, and gruyere cheese!
3. Add onion, mushroom & spinach to egg mixture and pour in your crust.
4. Bake for about 30 mins or so at 375 F
