Cardamon Heart Opposite Day

Ok ok ok, so I ended up making like the exact same print as Cardamon Heart, except with a 'green feel'. :) And here they are!! I'm not TOO ecstatic about them, but I gotta post what I've been working on right?? Right.


ps: Have you ever had smoked gouda in your mac n cheese? If not, ya should! SO GOOD!

  3. i don't really know amounts....i always just guess as i go....but here are the ingredients i use:

    -smoked gouda
    -fontina
    -mild cheddar (1 block)
    -light cream
    -milk
    -dollop of sour cream
    -garlic (2 cloves)
    -mustard seed
    -butter
    -bread crumbs
    -pasta (i use a whole box of bowties)

    Saute garlic with butter or oil.
    Cube cheese, and add to pan.
    Add milk and light cream.
    Let it all melt down into a sauce.
    Add sour cream, mustard, salt, pepper, about a tbsp of butter.
    Pour over cooked, buttered pasta.
    Mix well and put in baking pan.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350 for around 30 minutes, or until it's bubbly :-)
